My journey as a massage therapist has been deeply influenced by my experiences with hula and martial arts. Hula taught me the importance of rhythm, flow, connection, and intention, while martial arts showed me the value of strength, discipline, mobility, and recovery. Together, they shaped how I understand the body and the care I bring to every session.
Since beginning my massage journey in 2015 and graduating from Milan Institute, I have carried those lessons into my work. My approach blends focused therapeutic techniques with calming, flowing touch‒ meeting each client where they are, whether they need relief, recovery, relaxation, or time to reconnect with themselves.
That balance of strength and flow is at the heart of Aloha Touch & Healing.
The Aloha Touch & Healing Philosophy
Aloha Touch & Healing was created from a belief that strength and softness does not have to exist separately.
My approach to bodywork is inspired by both the strength, discipline, and awareness of movement, and the rhythm, connection, and flow that come from my Hawaiian roots. Those influences have shaped the way I work with the body and are reflected throughout every session.
Whether you are here for therapeutic work, recovery, mobility, or deep relaxation, your body is tailored to you. I listen to what you tell me, pay attention to how your body responds, and adjust the session as we go.
For me aloha means showing up with care, respect, presence, and intention. That's what I want you to feel when you enter my space and what I hope stays with you after you leave.
